Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OKC Raiders platform, including our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by the OKC Raiders Baseball Organization ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is delivered using the LeagueSmash platform, which provides the underlying software and hosting on our behalf.

2. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Parents and guardians create accounts on behalf of their minor children for the purpose of team participation; minors do not hold their own accounts. Coaches, scorekeepers, and team administrators are granted additional access by the organization and are responsible for using it appropriately.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe were obtained fraudulently.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, including through team messaging
• Upload content that infringes anyone's rights or violates the law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a team
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the content you upload — player photos, roster information, messages, and similar material — but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service. You represent that you have the right to share what you upload, including consent from guardians for any minors depicted.

6. Payments and Fees

Team fees, invoices, and payments are processed through Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Fees are owed to the OKC Raiders Baseball Organization, which sets its own fee schedules, due dates, and any available payment plans.

Refunds are at the discretion of the organization unless otherwise required by law. You authorize us to share the payment information necessary to complete your transactions with Stripe.

7. Live Streaming

Coaches, scorekeepers, and administrators may broadcast games live through the Service and are responsible for obtaining any consents required by their league or jurisdiction. While a broadcast is active, anyone with the stream link may view it, and players on the field may appear on camera. If you do not want your child filmed, contact your team administrator.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." We may take the Service offline for maintenance, updates, or to address security incidents, and features may change over time.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data such as scores, schedules, and statistics will always be accurate. Game results and statistics are entered by volunteers and may contain errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the OKC Raiders Baseball Organization and its officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, for non-payment of fees, or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will survive.

12. Apple App Store

If you obtained our mobile application from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and that Apple has no responsibility for the application or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the application, and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
