We believe baseball is more than a game — it’s an opportunity to build friendships, learn lessons that outlast the season, and create memories that stick. Our coaches are committed to helping each player reach their potential, whether they’re just starting out or chasing college and professional opportunities.
That means honest feedback, real playing time, and a standard that doesn’t move depending on the scoreboard.

Competitive teams
Teams organized by age group and skill level, from beginner-friendly to elite competition. Each team plays local leagues and tournaments all season.

Experienced coaches
Years of playing and coaching experience, combined with a genuine interest in teaching young players the game and the life skills around it.

Skill development
From batting and fielding fundamentals to advanced situational strategy, with training that meets each player where they are.

2023
Founded
The Raiders started with a single team and a plain goal: give young athletes in the Oklahoma City area quality baseball instruction, without the politics.
Today
Teams at every age
We field competitive rosters across multiple age groups, and we’ve kept the same commitment the whole way — develop better ballplayers, and better people.
Beyond
Where they go
Alumni from our coaches’ previous organizations have gone on to play at the high school, college, and professional levels. That pipeline is a product of instruction and character, in that order.
